History
J.P. FELICIANO REALTY was
originally established as a Single Entity by Mr. JUN P. FELICIANO, a
Certified Public Accountant, way back on May 22, 1986 after passing the Real
Estate Board Exam in the same year.
It was on April 29, 1997 when it was formally
incorporated & was joined by his brothers and sisters, who are also
professionals in their chosen career and at the same time, licensed Real
Estate Brokers.
The Company is engaged in Real Estate Brokerage catering
Subdivision projects and actively selling Resale properties mostly in Central Luzon
to its ready and new clientele both locally and abroad.
With its 20 years in existence & with its expertise, the Company
has established good reputation and unblemished record to its satisfied
clients as we consider our clients our partners in this real estate business.
To date, the Company has offered new services thru preparation &
facilitation of documents for Deed of Absolute Sale, Settlement of Donor's
Tax & Estate Tax as well as preparation of corresponding Deed of Donation &
Deed of Extra Judicial Settlement.
